M4W Promotion Code Notes

MAGNET4WATER promotional codes allow users or groups of users to upgrade one or more of their M4W platform accounts (e.g., IGW-NET, DataNET, StormNET, etc.) at a discounted rate.

This is meant to support:
- educational use by students and instructors
- early-adoption professional users and special circumstances requiring experimental use of Premium account capabilities.

Obtain a Promotion Code

Instructors / Educators: Make a request for classroom use to: support@magnet4water.com. Please include:
- your name, institution and course name
- which platform(s) you intend to use in your classroom
- number of intended users
- approximate starting and ending date of classroom use

Use a Promotion Code

M4W promotion codes should be used during Checkout in the M4W Shopping site .
1 - Login to your MAGNET4WATER account, or Register for free: 'Register' (top-right of Welcome page) -> Complete form and verify via email code.
2 - Select M4W Platform (e.g., StormNET) from drop-down menu next to 'Subscription'. Under '... Yearly Product', click 'Add to Cart'. (NOTE: 'Monthly' product will NOT work with the code.)
3 - Add another Platform Yearly product (if the code is meant to apply to more than one Platform account upgrade).
4 - Add your Promotion Code and click 'Verify'
5 - Click Update and Checkout. Your 'Order Total' should be updated to $0.00. (NOTE: If the code is not verified successfully, the cost will not update to $0.00, and the user will have to go to the credit card section to pay.)
6 - Click 'Connect with Stripe' to go to 'Order Review'
7 - Input or verify Email for Receipt and click 'Complete Order'. (NOTE the Total Cost of $0.00 and no need to provide credit cart information; you can ignore the last message about a credit card being charged, as no card information has been collected.)
8 - Go to the appropriate M4W Platform(s) and login to your account. A prompt will indicate Premium Status.
