IGW can open a modflow nam file and convert it IGW groundwater model. Current version is compatible only with packages: BCF, LPF, Recharge, Well, River, Drain, General Head, and Evaporation. After converting IGW allows user adding new conceptual features to the current model. Figure 9(a) shows a transient 2 layers groundwater flow example with named tvp.nam selected from Modflow data folder, which includes packages of LPF, DRN, RCH, RIV, WEL, GHB, EVT. Figure 9(b) show a comparison at t=310 day between IGW and Modflow. It is clear that they are virtually identical.
