Display options may be slightly different depending on the window from which it is launched. General display preferences and colors carry between different windows. After making any changes click 'Save' to save display preferences or click 'Cancel' to exit without changing preferences.
Result Display
- Groundwater Display [dropdown]: set the growndwater flow field display options for the main result and cross section displays.- Reset All Defaults [button]: use to reset all display options to defaults. Species line colors are randomized so this button can be clicked repeatedly for different colors.
Concentration [expandable]
Specify properties for species concentration displays in model map, cross section, or breakthrough curve plots.- Show comp. [checkbox]: choose what species to display on plots (map, cross section breakthrough).
- Fill colormap[dropdown]: choose fill for species on model display.
- Disp. limit fract [decimal]: set fraction of max concentration below which to display as 0 [default 0.1].
- Contour style [dropdown]: choose contour linestyle for display (use 'none' to hide contours).
- Line color [color picker]: set line color used for breakthrough curves and contours (when contour colormap is none).
- Contour colormap [dropdown]: assign colormap to concentration contours (if 'none', then line color is used).
- Number of contours [integer]: set number of concentration contours [default 5].
- Display Fill Legends [checkbox]: display colormap legends [default checked]
- Label Contours [checkbox]: add contour labels [default unchecked]
- Line thickness [decimal]: thickness of species contours and breakthrough curve lines [default 1].
Chart Marker [expandable]
Change markers for hydrograph and calibration plots.- Shape [key]: marker shape options [default x; though any options supported by matplotlib are allowed]
- Color [color picker]: change marker color for hydrograph and calibration plots.
- Size [decimal]: marker size for plot markers [default 3.0].
Grid and Zoom [expandable]
- Gridlines [checkbox and color picker]: turn on/off model grid or change color- Layers (for XS) [checkbox and color picker]: turn on/off layer lines for cross section or change color.
Zoom Window
- x min/max [decimal]: use to specify the left/right sides of the zoom box, this should be within the figure x axis (leave empty to display whole model).
- y min/max [decimal]: use to specify the bottom/top of the zoom box, this should be within the figure y axis (leave empty to display whole model).
- draw rectangle [button]: click to defined the zoom window from the display. Once activated,clicking on the model map defines the zoom window diagonal.

GW Contour [expandable]
Specify line properties for groundwater head contours in model map or cross section.- Style [dropdown]: select linestyle for plot contours or lines [default 'solid'].
- Thickness [decimal]: enter line width for GW head contours [default 0.7].
- Color [color picker]: change line color for GW head contours.
- Colormap [checkbox and keyword]: choose to apply selected colormap to GW head contours. [default rainbow].
- Number of Contours [integer]: select number of GW contour lines [default 40].
- Label Contours [checkbox]: add contour labels [default unchecked]
GW Flow Vectors [expandable]
Control display of groundwater vectors.- Color [color picker]: change arrow color for plot vectors.
- Draw frequency [dropdown]: frequency of flux vectors on plot [default 'auto' plots every row/column up to 60 arrows in each direction].
- Normalize [checkbox]: option to normalize vector lengths; this option should be used for models when long vectors obscure other displays.
