SwaNET LOADEST Tool-Prediction Options

What is it?

This prediction option tool is the continuation of the SwaNET LOADEST tool.

How to use it:

Prediction flow data options

Load prediction data from file
Prediction data file is a that contains prediction date, time, flow.
User can either use the prediction data file already uploaded to the server or can upload a new file.
To use the prediction data file already uploaded to the server, click "Use Uploaded File". A list of already uploaded files appears. Click on the desired file name.

To upload a new prediction data file, check the box next to 'Import' and click 'Import'. Browse to the desired prediction data file, and click 'Open'.

Format for uploading LOADEST prediction data file is shown below:

Prediction data file format
prediction data file is a comma separated file with the following format:
 Date: Date must be in YYYY/MM/DD format.
 Time: Time must be in HH:MM format.
 FLOW: Flow can be either integer or decimal.
Extract prediciton data from SWAT
Users can easily extract prediction flow data from SWAT model by checking 'Get flow from SWAT'. Once checked, start date, end date, and subbasin number to extract the flow data need to be selected.

Other options

If using own flow for prediction, user need to select the input flow unit. If it is to be extracted from SWAT model, the flow unit is automatically selected.

Select the output load unit from the list.

Select a model for prediction. Available model is shown below (source: USGS):

Please select 'Auto select' if no idea on which model to use.

After making selections, click 'Run LOADEST' to run the program. Once the program is run, the results are displayed.
